Jamie stood there staring at what could have been his double. He blinked a few times before lifting a hand to touch his lips. After a moment he reached out and touched the man before him.
"This somehow one of the weirdest and coolest things to happen to me."
He touched his lips again and laughed. "Should I return the favor?"
Jack wasn't sure what he thought he was doing in a fraternity.
They'd offered him a spot and he took it, and he made it through the hazing along with a few other pledges... Considering how many there were compared to how many didn't get in was a little scary.
The hazing wasn't fun. Of course, since when is hazing meant to be fun? But he'd made it. He'd gone through it because they'd offered him friendship, and brotherhood, and all that.
Right? Right.
It felt really good somehow, unpacking his stuff in his new, permanent (at least while he was attending college) room.
Granted, most of the other dudes in this fraternity were meatheads. Then again, none of the pledges were, so maybe they'd become...

There was another bed in here. One of the other new guys would be sharing a room with him. Jack just hoped he wasn't nearly as stupid as the rest of...no, Jack, stop. They're your frat brothers now.
