Hmm. I'm going to need to start trading a lot more children's apparel.
Whiskey? [Butch|Walter]
He didn't know girls could squeal so loud but Susie had managed to put a cap on that thought. There'd been a moment where he honestly thought he'd gone deaf, and even though the ringing was still fresh in his ears, he didn't mind really because he'd made his sister happy which in turn made him remarkably happy. Now he'd gotten a message he never really expected and he'd found himself responding positively, the day just got more and more surprising. Besides, this was actually an idea he found himself looking forward too -- it had been far too long since they'd shared each other's company without deep animosity, and really they were much more mature now, adults, not children.
Stepping out of Susie's room he leaned against the wall, looked down at his Pip-boy and casually thumbed in a new message.
[SENT via VTPB 99867] Susie deafened me, I hope you know sign language.
ask-butch-deloria replied to your post:[09868] Happy birthday dude. Whiskey? Ellie made you flowers but I told her that uncle Walter probably didn't like flowers, she made them anyway, but I thought whiskey might be more your thing if you want to met up that is
[09868] Sure you looked wonderful Wally. I will meet you in the Rudder later on dude
[99867] Of course I did. Apparently purple is a good colour on me. Alright, see you then.

Lived long enough to become the villain
It could have been so easy to follow the wishes of those she’d encountered time and time again, give them money, run after their errands, keep the peace between A and B but the longer she stayed out here, the longer she felt the posion of the land seep into her veins meant it was harder to keep up with a personality she used to keep so kindly. Days had darkened her, tainted her soul until there was nothing more than a black pit swallowing her whole. James was dead, the Wasteland was suffering and she was slowly succumbing to the fate most fell ill to. Surrounded by the bleakness meant it was never going to be an easy life for The Lone Wanderer.
Strangers came and went but on occasion, just every now and then, old faces filtered in and out making sure she was reminded of her past, her roots and the disappointment they were likely going to shed upon her. Like. She. Cared. Looking over she giggled; well if it wasn’t Butch Deloria. Full time bully and all round asshole, out from the Vault to play with the big kids. Didn’t think he’d actually spring the vault, heard his naive ideas when she’d gone to help Amata but she didn’t think he would be stupid enough go through with it. Mistake number one.
Skipping up behind him she tapped him heavily on the shoulder, bright smile, head tilted, matted blond cascading around her sun bleached face.
"Hello Butch." She said sweetly, waiting for him to turn around. The Vault might have been Tunnel Snake territory but this land was hers. Knife held in her hand she grins, looking at the shine of the blade.
"I have a fancy knife, just like yours. I would hate for him to have to hurt you."
Not that she was actually going to give him a chance.
Here For Sanctuary [Harkness|Butch]
He was relying on his system to provide him with a completely artificial experience, if he wanted a sense of humanity it would hurt like hell. So this seemed like his best bet. God fucking dammit. In a sense Harkness was proud of himself. Proud of himself for still standing with the obscene amount of blood that scattered across his chest and the thing he didn't really want to look at.
With an exhausted huff Harkness simply moved to an alleyway to lean against a pre war trash can. Shutting his eyes he allowed himself to sit back, his bare skin scraping against the brick wall. Harkness shut his eyes accessing his system.
[SENT A3-21] I'm sending co-ordinates. Can you bring me a shirt, the suture kit and whatever gauze you can grab. Long story Princess.
