Well Elsa’s parents are dead and I don’t know about Hook’s parents sooooo

They don’t technically apologize, they usually stay away from each other after an argument but then they slowly return back to how it was before.

While Hook is more spontaneous and adventurous than Elsa, they are both somewhat lenient and aren’t over protective of their children.

Elsa

Neither, but Elsa is kind of.

It depends on what the occasion is but Hook would bring something back for Elsa from wherever he’s traveled.
