Allison: Not really. I feel bad in such crowded places, devoid of good hiding places and emergency exits.

Ah, does that mean there are some Searchers (or maybe more than that ) who don't live with Brody?
Allison: You might be surprised, but in fact very few inky people belong to Brody's sheep. There may not be as many Searchers as there used to be, but there are still many of us. And there are also villagers of the underground village or Bendyland residents...
Tom's plate: "+Mindless"
Allison: Oh yeah. And, of course, dozens of those whose ink has turned into mindless beasts... There are quite a lot of them too...
Still for Allison and Tom. As far as I know, you're not part of Brody's "herd." Can I ask why?
Allison: Honestly, this question offends me a bit. Tom also. And I'll give you some advice: it will offend any self-respecting Searcher. Only those who have completely given up hope, have plunged into stagnation and apathy fall under Brody's wings. To become one of his sheep is like finding out that your life is meaningless, is over, and you can only live a miserable existence until your probably terrible and pathetic death.
Tom nods.
Allison: Besides, I don't think my appearance was trustworthy in Brody's eyes... Alice Angel is very infamous - whether cartoonish or physical, and I am similiar...

Tom begins to write on his plate.

Tom looks at what he wrote and sighs.
Excuse me, I misspoke. I didn't mean that you "need" Brody's support, but rather that you can work together. Did you ever think of that?
Allison: Working together on what? At the seating in the hideout? Ink beings don't need food or sleep to live, so the help of Searchers like me is not needed. They also don't use any equipment, so they don't need a mechanik like Tom.
(note: Allison doesn't really know much about what the other inky creatures are doing.)
