It’s almost like you’ve forgotten that marriage involves both legal documents and willing participants as opposed to “whatever Justice says is immediately fact”.
I’m not so afraid of her any more that I’d comply to marrying her. My marriage is nonexistent, but miss Justice still keeps coming over to my house and hanging about, which is... fine.
