About Google, would your friend maybe consider taking care of him for a couple of months while you set up, he recovers, and see how happy he is with them? You could make a definitive decision after that so you aren't quite so heart broken and there's more hope for being together with a healthy kitty?

I've almost definitely given in to the idea of letting my friends take care of him... he's already lived with one of them, and her cat. But a couple of months would be more like a couple of years, probably -- see, we're moving from one corner of the country to the other, and getting back would be a chore in and of itself, much less finding a rental that takes pets in the meantime.

I'm holding out hope that I can get back to bring him home to me, but if he's happy with my friends and their animals, I'd actually be more content knowing he's HAPPY (with time) rather than take a chance on him being unhappy with all of us and no other animals :/

It's a weird conundrum. I called out of work today and I'm still thinking about it a LOT, but I'm much more okay with the idea than I was last night, because I know it would save US money and HIM his health.

VEE i just saw your post about monster and i'm watching it rn! i remembered u saying that it was yr fave (and i put that down in my memory bc i admire u and yr attitude and yr writing style and i was like hey if vee likes this it's probably damn good) so now i'm watching it. and shit. i'm only on ep17 but it is so good and so unlike most of the anime i've watched before. so thanks for the inadvertent recommendation!

i feel like it is my duty to spread the good word about Monster, both the anime and the manga -- although, as far as anime goes, Monster is probably the single most faithful manga --> anime adaptation I've ever seen, and thank god. there are only a few filler convos I can recall, not even filler episodes just filler conversations! 

oh my god though. oh my god i'm having flashbacks now. i must go back and rewatch this show because it ruined anime for me. nothing will ever be as good for me.

Can I hold the SnK uniform harness?

I'm sorry but it's already been claimed and the post has been updated to reflect that.

((okay guys I've gotten about four messages ALREADY asking about this and I'm just trying to calm down the first wave of claims and go to bed.

i cannot keep any semblance of order if y'all don't comment on the LJ post. :(

I'm going to ignore messages that come through my tumblr inbox, unless they're explaining extenuating circumstances. i put the items on LJ, not tumblr, in order for there to be a streamlined, timestamped, all-in-one-place process. I promise it's not because I'm being mean. I'm giving stuff away for free, after all, so of course there's going to be a flood and there has to be fairness in the claims process. 

Anonymous commenting is enabled. You don't need an LJ account or an OpenID. Just tell me who you are via either your comment or your paypal payment (which would be best since I'll need an address) and it's a cinch!

That said, the SnK harness and jacket are both gone, gone, gone unfortunately. They were gone within five minutes! But stay tuned because I'm still thinking of posting up the boots I bought for SnK cosplay. I've got to determine whether or not I'd wear them freestyle. And nah, I wont hold 'em just in case. You've gotta BE THERE! :D))
