What are your thoughts on the Revenge of Scar? Not to be biased but holy hell Ling was great

okay yeah honestly ling was great, absolutely the highlight of the film. I love that they got his original english VA back so that was a fun surprise, and also the fact he just showed up at random throughout the entire film was also hilarious- did Not expect him to pop up 2 minutes in so you know what glad to get the full ling experience on this one that said i have no clue why in the year 2022 they're still getting the xing crew's names wrong like past a certain point it really feels intentional ak;lf;jksdlf

overall this movie was waaaayyyy better than the first one, though it still suffers from the fact it's a live action anime adaptation which is always kinda wonky - was fun to watch with friends though! Made the slow parts a lot more tolerable haha

One of my crack headcanons is that Greedling would definitely be able to use alchemy, but Greed doesn't want to learn/ is too lazy to, and Ling thinks its funny so they just... don't

I raise you:

“So, Ling, tell us more about alkahestry.”

Even Ling is too lazy. Ed tries to teach Ling, and later Greed, some basic alchemical concepts and they flat out just don't listen.
