I’m an engineer that occasionally does art in their spare time. I'm mostly active on tumblr, but I do my best to keep instagram updated as well. (no twitter these days though because art scraping, literally everything about the management of that site, etc.)

I draw a lot of comics and also make merch sometimes! Right now I’ve been doing Sonic stuff, but I tend to hop from fandom to fandom fairly regularly. (Most of my merch is Fullmetal Alchemist!)

FAQ

What do you use to draw?

I use a Cintiq tablet and Clip Studio Paint or Photoshop CS5 for digital art, and for traditional art it’s mostly pencil, but I’ll occasionally use Copic markers when coloring.

Will you draw something for me?

Sure! I usually have commissions open, and will often take requests on my art blog, humming-doodles, if I have time and they align with my current interests. Requests are fun and I love getting them, that being said please read the next fact.

Is there anything you won’t draw?

I’m not really comfortable drawing anything NSFW, as well as some ships that really bother me aka incest or pedophelia. Please don’t ask for that cause it ain’t happening. Also I generally won’t draw real people unless it’s a commission, so please don’t send me your photos asking if I’ll draw you.

Can I make a dub of one of your comics?

YES YOU SURE CAN

I absolutely love it when people dub my comics! All I ask is that you credit me for the art. And make sure you send me a link when you’re done so I can see it!! :D

Last year, I befriended a Catholic seminarian. We've gotten to be pretty decent friends. Seeing as he was staying in town for the summer and I wasn't, I entrusted him with caring for my plant.

He did a wonderful job, but as he was returning my plant to my custody, he explained "I watered her every other day, I gave her new dirt, moved her into the sunshine, prayed the rosary-"

"What?"

He looked at me, confused. "Isn't she a plant you pray with?"

"No," I said slowly. "She's a prayer plant. That's the... colloquial name of the plant."

Upon seeing his stricken face, I realized something went wrong. Turns out, this entire time, he's been including my plant in on his prayers and leaving her near icons.

Listen, totally cool. My plant becoming Catholic is a great deal for her not dying over the summer. But now I must navigate this interfaith household. Keep me in your thoughts.
