Hey Jay, I found a really nice lake some days ago, i was wondering if you wanted to visit it one of this days? Its summer after all, it would be a nice way to cool down
Jay remained silent for a moment before gallantly stepping up and offering Farzin a high-five.
“… Hell yeah, let’s go!”
You are strawberry scented ))
nope))

By signature i was refering to any sort of way of tracking down the author. You see thats a current complain ive seen from thieves “ you are ruining your work by putting your name on it” and a girl in particular pulled a “real artists dont do that”
those are just BS argument trying to make it your own fault. "If you didn't want ppl to use your artwork for their own profit, then why did you even post it online at all. If you don't want ppl to literally SHIT on your art then why did you even MAKE that artwork to begin with lol."
im rly tired

Yesterday i saw a girl rant that real artists dont sign their works, that rumor is super false. A lot of the most important artists signed their works like van gogh and others. People who complain about signatures are often thieves who cant steal
signatures isn't the same thing as watermarking. Watermarking is basically meant to clearly state who the creator is and where to find them (such as your internet alias, email, website or your full name - anything that makes it easier to find more of your stuff). A signature is more of a subtle autograph hiding in the corner of the picture. And signatures are easy to fake and edit and remove etc. If you don't know how today's social media and sharing culture works, it's very easy that your work gets lost in the internet depths. A lot of online art that was made in the early 00's are very hard to track down to it's original source today. I have a selfie of myself when I was 16 years old spread around underground heavy metal forums, where ppl argued about who should use my face as their album cover (yes this was a thing once). We didn't know how the internet would turn out back then, and we don't know how internet will be in the following ten years either. So the very best thing we as content creators can do, is to make sure ppl know who made that one artwork that's being shared around social media like a lost child in a mall.
