My scales are water-repelling. I can come out of the water from being completely submerged and be dry in moments because it slides right off.
I once dressed as a pirate to escort local children for Halloween, and they thought I was the best pirate ever. Only a few really figured out the scars weren't makeup and I had the eyepatch for a reason.
(Me? o.o Umm... I'm a shameless character-creator. I get more entertainment out of making backstories and personalities - and in actual games, fleshing out stats - of my characters than I do playing them, usually. On one hand I can usually come up with a solid character concept within minutes. On the other, I've forgotten more characters than most people will ever make.)
