the update on Taeil’s SA accusations is genuinely so disturbing. i knew it had to be bad but the details are just… what he did is beyond deplorable. i don’t even know what to say to sound put together, i’m not. i hope him and his two accomplices burn in hell, but before that, i hope they get decades in prison where they will be reminded every single miserable day after the other of what they did. i hope they mull over their lost careers, lost friends, lost opportunities. i hope their families disown them. i hope they have endless night terrors and i hope they die alone. at least if the SK courts are too lenient like they often are with SA, these monsters will have nothing to come back to.
this woman deserves empathy and compassion. stop making jokes about the situation, there is nothing to laugh at. i wasn’t even a fan of this loser but it’s still so close knowing he was in one of my favorite groups. he was the one i could never understand the obsession behind, but i thought it was just bc our personalities didn’t mesh. i never could’ve predicted he was a rapist in the making. the dude always looked creepy but like… you can’t accuse someone off a look. now that we know the truth it’s just so much to register.
give her space. respect her. stop getting angry with SM when they’ve handled this better than they’ve ever handled a criminal investigation; they’ve done all they can do and are not the authorities. yes, he is still under their label even though he was kicked out of NCT, but this is for legal purposes. it doesn’t mean they support him. stop accusing the members of smth they had nothing to do with. it is not uncommon for men like this to masquerade as soft and charming to their friends and family, just to completely turn when they see potential ‘prey.’ this is nobody’s fault but Taeil’s (plus his two accomplices), and a culture that allows these men and boys to believe SA isn’t as bad as cannibalism or worse than most murders. they traumatized a human being and left her to be tormented by it, possibly for eternity, all for their own selfish, sick pleasure. it is pure evil. it is torture.
