Goomy is a lovely pokemon indeed! Just a slimey little guy who loves to be friendly! I haven’t encountered any as I have only lived in Kanto, but I’ve seen a lot of videos of them online on MeowthBook. Very sweet.

I don't know but trying to find their hiding spot (where they feel safe) sounds like a non-optimal plan to me? Or somewhere else they're likely to find it?
