Just wanted to let you know I named my upright bass (the instrument) after Sonder 👍 this is because it was superficially easier to play with than my school bass at the time (which I named Cassius) but hurt my fingies more. Helpful but not nice. Also my electric basses are named Noctua (big with brown coloration) and Nocti (smaller and blue). I was really obsessed with Indigo at the time can you tell-

it’s considered rude, by all generally agreed upon unwritten rules of fandom, to reblog a post discussing why a person ships something...

and insert a bunch of angry & vicious commentary implying what a terrible person they are for shipping that.

Right?

Like. That’s a thing. That’s such a thing that even expressing commentary of concern over a ship containing something like incest, is viewed as a terrible thing?

So why, may I ask, is it considered acceptable, when a person makes a post discussing why they view a relationship in a platonic light, and posts it on their only blog, only utilizing character tags, not the ship tag...

Is it considered okay to reblog the post with disagreement, assumptions of motivation, declarations of ill-intent, etc?
