this was a mistake
That’s actually kind of hard to say. Blair is strong- crazy strong- but so is Sanctum, and Sanctum is definitely smarter than Blair is. Blair, however, has the powers advantage- Sanctum’s power to push is strong, but he has to be able to push it, and Blair being able to both teleport and mask his energy means Sanctum would have a hard time tracking him in an actual battle.
Ultimately, it depends what kind of fight they’re having.
See, Blair has a tendency to fight for fun, while Sanctum is conniving, calculating, and overtly cautious. Blair will test the waters when going against an opponent, but Sanctum- maniacal, calculating Sanctum- will go straight for the kill unless you’ve impressed him in some way. It’s only then that he gives you the honor of fighting back.
However - Blair is also fiercely lethal when presented with a situation that makes him angry. Make him mad - genuinely mad - and he will pull no punches from the get-go, fighting with full force and using everything in his arsenal to take down and slaughter whoever has made him angry. It’s the reason he’s called psychotic- Blair didn’t get his nickname for no reason, after all, and he’s well known across Tibun for his power and his capabilities.
In a situation where Sanctum has a goal in mind (that will cause him not to play with his food, so to speak) and Blair is testing the waters, then I’d give the victory to Sanctum. He would be able to incapacitate Blair in the period of time that Blair usually uses to figure out how much force to fight his opponent with.
But in a situation where Blair is angry, and even more so if Sanctum is impressed by his capabilities, then Blair would take the win. Blair would tear him to pieces because he had the nerve, the audacity, to do what he did.
In a situation where Sanctum is interested, but Blair is not fighting seriously just yet? It could go either way. If Sanctum manages to take Blair out before he starts using the big guns, then he would be able to take the win. But if he doesn’t, then Blair would realize what kind of power he’s up against, and adjust his fighting style accordingly.
Well, that was an interesting thought experiment.
RP!Két: ...yeah, these meetings are usually about this awkward.

Nothing anymore.
