Looking back at it, one of {MUTE}'s central themes was grief. How people process the loss of someone close to them. Some people move on. Others try and make things go back to the way they were before.
I wonder how I'd handle it if I made {MUTE} now?
Well, that was an interesting thought experiment.

Rupph, do you know who Stanley may be?
She knows of him, he doesn't know of her.
Throwback Thursday: Care to explain the transformations you took for Rupph? Somewhere in there, I saw a teddy bear?
Rupph has gone through several different forms. She started off as the fusion of two characters (Ruby and Sapphire), before slowly developing into her own character with chaos-related abilities and a lightning sword. She got a doll form around the time I was considering making a solo comic centered around her, in which she'd use part of her essence to seal away a demon and wind up being forced into a small doll-like form as a side effect. A storyline in a later comic would find her being not-doll again but having access to a doll form, as a kind of "more energy to use in attacks but less physical power" sort of thing. The same concept carried over when she became the data-thing she is now.
