Heya kid, I cant find the hat you're used to seeing, so I hope this one's okay for now.

Also I've been out in a cabin fighting bears and horrorterrors from beyond human understanding so i'm a little bit on the scruffy side. But I'm sure you know It's me.

Listen, I'm not sure I'm the best person to ask for relationship advice. My wife ended up gettin shot cuz I got greedy, and then she came back and married some other guy. I mean I'm sure she's happy, but I don't exactly have a good track record if you get my drift.

but listen. What you need to look for is someone who's okay with everything that you are, everything that you have been, and everything that you will be. You dont have to settle for anything less than something good. And if it turns out that what you had wasn't actually good for you, that doesn't mean you're a bad person. It just means that you haven't got it all figured out just yet. And that's fine! Lookit me, I'm a detective and I've saved the fuckin universe and I still sometimes find it kinda difficult to get out my front door in the morning. Just keep working towards it, and understand that all of us an' everythin is sort of a work in progress.

I really miss updating AskIRLTeamSleuth regularly, and I'm sorry to the followers who might miss it too.  It's just that right now is convenient for none of us to take new pictures and creating more than three posts at a time out of existing material is difficult.  But!  I am really grateful for the wonderful followers, the friends I have made through it, and for our wonderful cast of fantastic cosplayers.  If there is anything I can do for you, let me know, I mean it.

I got a very simple answer to that.

No. I ain't gonna do that.  You got any idea how advanced that battle technique is?  You prepared to deal with the consequences of Triple Truffle Shuffle Trouble?  You got two extra versions of me runnin' around right now? You got the right number of elf tears?  You got the proper level of pang nectar to fill a suckle receptacle?  Kid, you ain't thought none of this through, and I ain't gonna be cajoled into doing something that's supposed to be a last ditch attack just for your poops and laughters.

Whoof, that's a difficult question.

You know, I honestly'd rather not think about that.  Sure, I used to work all by my lonesome, but I wasn't half the detective I am now.  Ace and the Inspector have gotten me out of more dicey scrapes than I'd be able to put on paper.  Sure, Inspector's a little bit strange, and Ace is a pain in the ass from time to time, but those guys are more than just my colleagues now.  They're my friends.  We make a hell of a team, and I wouldn't wanna work with any other fellas than those characters, I'll tell ya.

You really questioning my sleuthin' skills?  Buddy, I could find anyone or anything faster than you could find the exit door to the afterlife.  I could find a needle in a haystack the size of Mount Tegucigalpa.  I could locate Waldo, Carmen Sandiego, AND the key to the Felt Mansion cleverly hidden inside a fake rock and still be back to the office to have afternoon tea with the Inspector.  Kid, I am a  finding FORCE.  And as for your shoe? Well it looks like the shoe's....
