“Well if ya are someone who succumbs to heatwaves there are few simple ways that we all know. Such as avoid outdoor activities as much as ya can, especially around two and three pm. Loose clothin is always a good thing, wear big sun hats. Even if ya ain't thirsty make sure to drink plenty of water avoid booze and caffeine as for diet small meals are a must and eat often. If ya need any more advice lass feel free to ask but I might charge ya for next heehee “
