Does Chara legitimately, genuinely care for the Dreemurrs and monsterkind in this AU? There have been many interpretations of their character, and was curious as to what feelings, if any, this Chara has towards [their?] kingdom, spouse, and in-laws.
Excellent question, but I’m more interested in hearing what you think. So far, Chara has been shown interacting with Frisk, the Dreemurrs, and even a few of the monsters. How do you interpret their behavior? Can you sense what Chara is feeling?

Do dragons have tear ducts, and if so can they cry? If not, how does a dragon show their distress?
depends on the dragon but of course any species lacking tear ducts has its own way to express distress. some dragons roar. some species of dragon attribute a great deal of significance to various displays of fire and can flame their distress. some have whiskers or spines that move to exhibit their moods. many different ways.
