Good Question! I’d been putting this off for a while, but your ask encouraged me to getting around to making one of these. That being said, I present you:

I always wonderd if you have a notp? Considering the blog is all about otps and similar.

You know, I’ve been asked this question before, and originally I said Zac and Riven, because…well, you know why. However, I never realized what a suave voice Zac has in game, so I kind of learned to forgive it a little bit. Today, my notp is probably anything that disrupts another well established ship. For instance, I don’t really like anything with Ashe in it other than Tryndamere, because they’re a cannonically married couple. I also don’t really like Sona and Ezreal because it’s very similar to Lux and Ezreal, but like…wrong. Also Lucian-related couples. (Except maybe Lucian and Karma?) 

I certainly don’t denounce any of these pairings, they just kinda rub me the wrong way.

What is your opinion on the new champion, Jhin The Virtuoso?

Good question! With a fairly complicated answer.

I was really excited when the first glimpses of Jhin showed up. He had this perfect artistic, yet psychotic mystery to him, and I was extremely curious as to what Riot had in store for us. When he was revealed, it was honestly kind of a let-down. In terms of an actual playable champion, he’s basically just another gun user. I feel like his abilities really don’t play into the kind of character he was hyped up to be. 

Nevertheless, his actual character design is pretty cool (though I really hate that shoulder block thing he has going on). My favorite part about him is his voice and quotes. He’s such a sass-fest! I’ll probably play him just so I can hear him throw shade at everybody.

Also, on that note, Jhin is actually a lolshipper himself! He has one particular quote that he’ll only say around Katarina and Garen, where he mentions them being “star-crossed lovers.” Not only is this a really interesting tidbit regarding his opinions on other champions, but it also brings Katarina and Garen closer to a cannon ship. That’s always exciting!Plus I really like the idea of Jhin secretly shipping Kat and Garen. 

Overall, despite his mundane abilities, I’m really looking forward to watching more of his story unfold, as well as seeing what the fanbase does with him.

Hey! I really like your blog but I have a question about a ship that really bothers me. Why do people like LeexSona and why do they ship them? It doesn't state anywhere that Lee and Sona are friends or even know each other outside the League ( Xin Zhao is actually one of the only people that Sona hangs out with according to the lore). Do people just ship them because of their disabilities? Which is kind of messed up if you think about it. What are your thoughts?

Lee and Sona aren’t so much a lore-based ship, it’s very much a “these two have something in common so let’s ship them” ship. From what I understand, it is based on their disabilities, but I don’t think that’s necessarily a bad thing. I’ve always thought of it as rather touching, especially sense there’s a lot of writing and headcannon potential for how they work with each other and enjoy each other’s company despite their limitations. (Not that either of these incredibly powerful champions let their disabilities inhibit them anyway)

I’m open to any ships really, even the silly ones. At the end of the day, I don’t take shipping seriously enough to get into any heated arguments over it. I’m just here to have fun and let followers enjoy the ships they’re fond of, because it makes them happy.
