And the 7th house would be like the sign you attract the most with good interactions because it’s ruled by Libra(relationships,balance)

Oop- i need to say that i'd rather reverse it. Sign in 7th house often indicates the open enemies because the realm of relationship isn't always romantic. Relationship means how your connection with another people is defined and how you are connected with other people. So both enemies and lovers are actually 7th house matter. If there are house of enemies, i'd say those are 7th and 12th house matter.

You are right about attraction in 8th house, the sign of 8th house often the sign that we attract the most but doesn't have best interaction. But the reason is not because it is our enemy. But it because it is the sign we really have no idea about. Think about cave, in order to know the whole things about it, we often must dig deeper, put ourselves in the most vulnerable way, trying to walk in a dark place with no light or no information left for us. We don't have any idea what will happened there and how we solve it. That's exactly how we describing 8th house.
