Alright so as a whole I think the way others might perceive someone with these placement is as someone who is unpredictable, spontaneous, rebellious, and easy/fun to be around. They seem to be a bit of a charmer, but might use their charm too often that they may use it as a way to keep people at a distance (lol does that make sense?). They like talking to people and learning about others, especially seeing what makes people stand out and special, but they might do this with everyone to the point where they don't let many people get to know them. However they are probably quite vocal about what they like and what they don't. People might know them to be someone who marches to the beat of their own drum and they might be someone who questions traditions or customs a lot. They might have a strong sense of who they are and who they want to be and how they want to be seen (not when young though). They love anything that goes against the norm and most likely wants to be seen as so. They express themselves freely and uniquely and might have a specific form of expression they prefer whether it be fashion, music, makeup, literature or even in the way they speak. Venus being in the 2nd house here might come to play in the sense that it adds a hard working nature to drive this person to see out their ideas.
