I will elaborate on this subject below (NSFW text under the cut)
Magic can do a lot of heavy lifting in all of these scenarios. The smallest peoples are fae, but they are also the most magical, so they can bring lots of tricks into the bedroom like magical sensory illusions (vibrations, temperatures, etc.) and even spells/potions to temporarily change size.
Ogres and roshava are naturally heavy-handed, and tend to like rougher sex than other peoples overall, so that would be a challenge. It's hard for them to be gentle even when they try. If they wanted to have sex with a gnome, I could imagine them using bondage to control themselves while the gnome worked their magic on them...literally or figuratively.
The principle would be the same for a heavyweight species and an elf, just to a lesser degree. Bondage would actually be a great safety tool for many of these cases.
I don't think gender would make a big difference, all the same rules still apply. Gnomes couldn't penetrated at all either way, so that type of sex is out, but they can still watch their partner and maybe touch if they're careful. A female elf could maaaybe deal with penetration from a male roshava? But an ogre would have to use their fingers or a toy only, it's just not possible otherwise.

1 ) Faunae are born with a weak creative drive and low emotional attachment to others, but they CAN be taught to develop these things over time. Soulless peoples can't comprehend love or art no matter what they do, they lack all capability.
2 ) This comes down to taxes ultimately. Married couples get special tax benefits and other rights in Matuzu Kingdom, and the kingdom likes to keep this simple by allowing only couples. However, there is no financial harm to the government by married couples dating multiple people outside of their marriage, so they allow it.
There are many Matuzans who challenge this law, and I think it has been repealed and reinstated many times throughout history. Polygamy is legal and widely practiced in the neighboring kingdom of Etios, and some Etios culture bleeds into Matuzu.
3 ) Humans can totally doggy-style an elf, they just have to be gentler than they would be with another human. Elves are kind of brittle and can get injured easily, especially by sudden impacts. Restraint required!

That's actually a damn good question! Nymphs are an infertile one-sexed species, so sperm would not be necessary for them.
However, they also have mouths, eyes, lungs, and other parts--including genitalia--that aren't necessary for their survival, simply to make them more relatable to peoples. They don't need to eat or breathe or feel emotions, but they do, because Gaia decided it was important for the nymphs to know what these things felt like to better empathize with the other peoples.

(NSFW) Question: Cursed thought but which of the male FGG members are circumcised and which are not?
That's a really interesting question, because it made me think about the prevalence of circumcision on Looming Gaia in general. It's such a bizarre practice in real life, I just can't see it being as prevalent as it is in the real world. In the World of Looming Gaia, I imagine it's a more niche thing that only occurs in some regions, either for medical, practical, or cultural reasons.
In the real world, the practice of circumcision originates mostly from hot regions like Africa, South Asia, South America, and Polynesia. I assume there's some practical reason for that; maybe more sweating leads to more infections, and circumcision prevents more problems down in the road in these cases? I can't find much literature about this, it's just a guess on my part.
I imagine the quality of local medical care can also a big factor on whether people get circumcised or not. Their place in society, their wealth, and their relationship with their family are factors too.
So, with all that taken into account...
Lukas, Balthazaar, and Skel are most likely to be circumcised. All three of them hail from very hot, sweaty regions. They all had rich or middle class upbringings and access to quality medical care. In Lukas' case, it may be a matter of class, that noblemen are circumcised to separate them from the peasants--who don't always have access to such a thing. It's considered a mark of wealth and refinement.
In Balthazaar's case, it's probably a practical matter. The Rodangese are mostly blue collar folk who work outside in arid conditions all day long, and circumcising their boys might prevent skin infections down the road, so it's considered a worthwhile investment.
As for Skel, I imagine it was a practical matter as well. He was a slave boy and his masters believed it would prevent hygiene issues, and therefore less "maintenance" on their part. But also, they may have thought it would tame his sex drive later in life, because they realized he'd be alone with their daughters a lot.
Actually now that I think about it, Skel is probably more than circumcised...there's a pretty good chance he's a eunuch! Obviously the Barhatian royal family wasn't worried about him getting their elven daughters pregnant, but I imagine they'd take some kind of measure to discourage sexual activity between them. In this case, they would have neutered him shortly after puberty--either surgically or chemically, in addition to circumcision.
