the zombie herbert is making me curious about dan in that au
In my mind Dan is the one who ends up reanimating Herbert for like codependency reasons or whatever.
I feel like a really big part of Dans character is him believing the reagent can be used for good, to help others. However, I do think if Herb were to die (as he does in the original story) Dan wouldn't mind indulging on himself if it means feeling whole once more. Idk conceptualizing Dan into this is difficult given he doesn't really..exist outside of the movies.
