8. My muse dressing a serious wound

He hadn’t noticed her entrance at first, but few could blame him as much as he was bleeding. He was at the mirror, twisted at an awkward angle trying to access and treat the damage to his shoulder blade.

Shit.

The bullet had only grazed him, but the wound was still pretty deep. He would need stitches when Shi got back. for now he just have to slow the bleeding and put some gauze over - movement in the mirror catches his attention and he whirls around, fearing someone had followed him. He feels marginal relief that it’s only Spoons. Still, he kicks himself for forgetting to lock the door.

There’s no hiding the wound, though he could come up with something less exciting for the where and how. For now he could just count himself lucky for the extra set of hands.

He turns back around, exposing his back to her. ” I couldn’t getcha to help me bandage this, could I?”
