Kitty wants to play?

Send me 'kitty wants to play?' and my muse will react to having cat ears, a tail, along with the instincts of a feline.

For whatever reason, Uggles gained cat-like ears and a feline tail, replacing his usual ears and curly dog tail. Seeing the blue Pac-Worlder, the cat-instinct-influenced canine, padded up to and rubbed up against him.

"Mrrow." Apparently, the pac-dog now meowed like a cat.
