It was late in the evening in Domino city. The city was quiet dominated by rain. Drops fell frequently and densely being the only thing to interrupt the silence. In the rain and the silence in the park sat a young boy. It was a Marik Ishtar. He was sitting on a bench immersed in silence what was around him and he have nowhere to go anyway. It seemed that there was nothing for him but silence and raindrops which he let run down all over his body because it felt good and refreshing.

Today was a big day for Lilith because there was another tournament in the Domino City town square. It wasn't as big as Battle City, but there was still going to be a lot of people there. Grabbing her duel disk and her deck, she set out for the town square, and as she was walking down the sidewalk, she glanced down a dark alley. She thought she could see someone standing there all alone, and then her gaze met his for a moment.
