For Fake Peppino, have you ever heard of Peddito and The Doise?
They first appeared in a YouTube video titled "Meet Peddito and The Doise" by Robby1scool , the creator of both characters. Peddito, along with The Doise, is technically the first (and only) Pizza Tower OC that got in the game that is not a Pizzasona.
Peddito appears in Pizzascare as a background asset, being his decapitated head, featuring his eyeless sockets.
In the Doom Mod, he appears as a replacement for a BFG side weapon in Doise's Doom Mod, a custom character for the Bring Your Own Class mod for DOOM, which soon became a part of the mod. Peddito uses the demonic appearance as mentioned before. Peddito will wipe out enemies nearby if he comes into contact with the enemies, being pretty useful. But, if Peddito comes in contact with the player (Doise), A cutscene plays of 2D hands (presumably Peddito’s) grabbing Doise, before the screen goes black. After that, a spotlight goes to a low poly 3D model of Peddito, with what is heard to be the victim breathing in fear, before Peddito snaps his own neck. The screen cuts to black afterwards and the player drops dead. The cutscene was removed in the actual BYOC mod for unknown reasons.
In the Playable Noise Update, he appears at the end of the Doise's boss battle, scooping up a horrified Doise, ending the fight.
If The Noise returns to The Doise's boss fight, his lifeless, rotting corpse will be lying there, gifting the player the easiest P-Rank in Pizza Tower.
As for the Doise, he is a Noise Campaign exclusive boss. He replaces The Noise as the third boss, and a secondary antagonist of the latter’s version of Pizza Tower.
He looks and behaves almost exactly like The Noise, except that he has brown skin, wears a blue jumpsuit, a blue chef hat, a magenta cape, and white gloves. He has a long nose, a thin, curled mustache that doesn't connect to his nose, and a single bucktooth. His mannerisms are like The Noise, being energetic and giddy. He has the same voice as The Noise but at a lower pitch. He permanently dies at the end of his boss fight.
To access the boss room, the player needs to pay Noisette $200 (20 Toppins). Similar to The Noise's arena, the boss arena is a pink inflated boxing ring. The background is a pink background with dark blue heads that resemble Doise. Occasionally, a Doise-like creature walks past the arena. In phase 2 of the fight, the heads and the Doise-like creature are revealed in their full colors. No cutscene plays at the second phase, as there is no Noise Balloon.
His attacks are the same as The Noise’s attacks from his boss fight excluding one.
He does not use Bombs or Noiseys, replacing them with bouncing stones. The rocks slowly bounce around before exploding on their own. Both the bouncing rock and its explosion can damage the player, and the rocks do not explode on contact with the player, making them a larger threat than The Noise’s bombs.
After defeating him, the player and Doise come to a standstill. A rock falls on Peppino’s (if playing with Swap Mode on) or The Noise’s head and he is dragged offscreen and brutally killed by Peddito, ending the fight.
When the player re-enters the boss gate after defeating Doise, the player will be met with his decaying corpse and his HP already gone. After the introduction, the player immediately wins the fight and obtains an easy P rank.
This will also (if not already owned) give you the Denoise chef task, making it an easy way to "cheese" it.
After beating the final boss' second phase, Pizzahead will bring in the four previous boss characters and send each of them to attack. Despite each boss having 8 HP and extra 8 HP afterwards, 4 HP will be drained per hit. The player fights each of the previous bosses in sequence, with each boss using some of the same attacks present in their standalone fights.
He is the only exception to this, as he is still dead. After defeating The Vigilante, his lifeless body will be thrown onto the ground and sit there for a few moments. Afterwards, his body will fall offscreen, and Fake Peppino will begin fighting the player. Breakdancing (holding the taunt button) on Doise's corpse before Fake Peppino spawns gives you the "Real Doise" clothes.
Here is how they look like before the game comes out:
