❥- A soft giggle came from Ilia as she saw her best friend in front of her. “Hi, Link. I was wondering when you would come and visit. How are you?”

The sun had just begun to lower itself, a mixture of fruity hues and golden ambers creating a grand display in the sky. It was the sign Link waited for every day, the reminder of the start of his watch.
The Kingdom of Daye greeted his eyes as he opened his rusty window, squinting in the setting sun’s light while letting out a yawn. Rows of stone buildings and marble towers, the shouts of merchants selling their wares, and the sounds of soldier’s footsteps patrolling the area were what made up this kingdom— a kingdom that was now only half of what it used to be.
Link’s gaze traveled further past the buildings, landing on massive wall that separated The Kingdom of Daye from The Kingdom of Nite— The wall that held the title ‘The Twilight’.
It was at that wall which his duties lied. To ensure the perimeter was secure and that the slums were orderly. It made him feel terribly sick. These thoughts, being the first things to awaken to, it wasn’t the most preferred way to start his day. And so he allowed his thoughts to drift over to the one he would most certainly see on the other side of that wall.
Before the Twilight was erected, many small and humble homes resided in that area. Homes that housed loving families and hard working residents, a neighborhood of helping and giving people. It was there that he grew up, and it was there that he gained one of the most important people in his life. He and the boy who shared a name grew up together, happy and content with their lives.
He dawned on his uniform, the pristine white tunic and chainmail, a sunny crest on the chest that allowed everyone to see to which kingdom he belonged. The thought of seeing his childhood friend once more put him in a brighter mood.
Noticing how late he was to his post, he murmured a curse and dashed out his door, rushing past buildings and skidding around corners before he came to a stop just before the gate of the Twilight. He saluted the guard, allowing the man to leave his post so that he may take over.
He caught his breath now, leaning against the Twilight and inhaling large gulps of air. Damn him and his luck.

"…" He swirled the liquid around before saying. "Well all right." He took a carful sip and made a face.
"I-it’s ah… really bitter an’ strong…." Far to much so for his liking. ‘Ya said their where other ways ta have this?"
Elvothien could hardly contain the snickers that arose when the blond's face contorted after taking a sip of the liquid. Said snickers quickly turned into chiming laughter; the petite Hylian failing to keep quiet.
❝ Plenty of other better ways to have it. I just wanted to see your face when you drank that instead.❞

"Such a peculiar little hero. Accompanied by a little imp -- who turned out to be not so little!" A light gigle left her lips as she held a hand up, violet eyes focused on the figure in front of her.

What ever you decide I just want you to know that you and your blogs are the single reason I desired to join this fandom and start an rp blog. I don’t regret it either. All I want to say is do what you want. It’s your life and your blogs. Enjoy it:)
Yeah. I guess it's nice knowing I'll leave a few pieces of me behind, haha. Thanks though, friend. Remember me as I was
Isn't this a pleasant surprise? ((closed RP w/ ask-twili-stuff~ ))
ask-twili-stuff The mask salesman had been in this new place for a few days and heard many people, manly children speaking of a boy named Link. A grin found it's way to the merchant's face almost every time. Almost every world he travelled to, someone had to let him know of the blonde's heroic tales. He would like to tell the hero's tales from his time but he almost never did. He just nodded and smiled. As he walked, he saw the hero he had been told of the day before. He walked up to the boy and gave a grin. "It seems, no matter what world I go to you're always a hero... The only think that changes is your hair and height." A chuckle came from the Happy Mask Salesman.
