“Come on Miyuki! I ain’t paying you to just stand around! We have big reports to file today and I already have you doing other work for me.”
She hears her head boss yelling from across the room, making her look up with a annoyed expression on her face. Miyuki knew this job was a pain in the ass but never this much. This job was a easy find with good pay and good vacation days. Co-workers were really nice and she feels really close like family.
However, the reason this job was so easy to get is because the last secretary quit due to the breaking point of dealing with the jackass of a boss. He was rude, snobby, and very pushing. He never treated his female workers fair and always worked them to death. She just got the job recently and she almost wanted to quick. However, the money was good. She just hopes he would at least get fired or someone come and kick his ass out.
“Yes, Mr. Conwell, I heard you. I’m already working on the reports as we speak. You just need to give me a little more time.” She looks up at the old man seeing his gut almost touching her shoulder. His fat hands slamming on her desk to make Miyuki look up at him.
“I don’t have time to wait, miss Saima. You better work faster or else I’ll end up finding someone else to take your place...”
“Uh huh. I’m sure you’ll find someone really quick....” she grumbles under her throat but she sees him take out a cigar and a match. He flicks it on with his thumb to light up the smoke. Taking a deep breath from the cigar, he blew out the strong smelling smoke from it. She coughs a little waving it away from her face but she only sees him look down at her.
“Well? Are you going to keep working or should I just make you?” he asked.
“*Sighs* Yes sir. I’ll get right to work...just give me time please..” She mutters going back to work that he grumbles quickly starting to type as he leaves the room. She hated him so much and yet, he didn’t seem to care. She only wishes for something good to happen or at least change to gt rid of him soon. Or someone for that matter. She didn’t care.
