Dream: The devil is whispering in my head again.

I recently noticed that during the battle, Dream closes his right eye. I find that interesting, although (if I remember correctly?) they can't see through that eye.

Oh I do wonder how they would react to their "normal" selves. Where everything is fine and they're not on the run, etc etc.

Classic Ink would have a blast figuring out Vigil, the closed off emo character with a secret tragic backstory that they are. Vigil would be so-so, though they might be somewhat envious of the other's functioning Multiverse, or wondering when it would take a turn for the worse.

Classic Dream, the empath that he is, would instantly detect that something is very wrong with the other's positivity balance. Vigil would really appreciate the other's positivity, though he already had some complicated feelings with being smothered and treated like glass, so it might become a bit awkward. Oh and he would be HORRIFIED to learn about Classic Dream's Nightmare and their relationship.

They will be having a big bro-off and Vigil Blue WILL be losing. He would probably be more subdued around Swap than with others (for obvious past related reasons), but also because he is not really used to being taken care of so enthusiastically. As with Classic Blueberror, I think they would hit it off very well.

PLEAAAAASEE im so curious on if there’s ever been a time where blue, the glue of the team, ever needed help from dream or ink. ive seen so much of swap being ignored or neglected in the stars and im curious on if that carries over to this au, or if he’s taken seriously and comforted when need be… it can be hard being the one everyone else relies on, especially when you’re hurting

Believe me, Dream would want nothing more than to be relied on by Blue. It's not like Blue doesn't trust Dream, but he is very aware of how his feelings could affect Dreams 'conditions', so they just end up in the same place.

Blue trusts Ink. He's the leader of their group, and if Blue is the glue holding them together, Ink would be the anchor keeping the other two from spiralling into themselves. Blue does come to confide to Ink every so often - he knows Ink wouldn't judge him - but Ink... doesn't give the best advices. Never seems fully present.

Overall, the group's emotional management quality is... subpar.
