Cao Ang is very sensitive when it comes to the scent of alcohol, and will have him remove from his post and demote him for few months to teach him that such a behavior was rude and unacceptable. No one should drink alcohol when they are still on their shift, it’s extremely dangerous. Once he has learnt of his mistake, he will be able to return to his post.
