1. Don’t worry about what you cannot personally change. What you can change, do. In some small way is better than no way at all.
2. Listen to music daily, dance to said music and laugh when you look like an idiot, because it’s hilarious you’re so bad.
3. When out dancing, don’t give a fuck because that’s how you get compliments for being the best dancer there (personal experience!)
4. Go outside every day - nature calms you when angry, amplifies happiness, and is always present.
5. Find something creative to put your time into, something that you enjoy.
6. Never be content, never be satisfied. Keep striving, keep doing, gotta do more, gotta be more.
7. Do not hate people, do not hate things. There is no point.
8. Respect everyone as they are a person, just as you are. That’s enough to commend respect.
9. Help others, always. Try not to be afraid.
10. Don’t follow ALL the rules. That’s no fun!

the play was called The Support Group from Hell. I played a human character named Wendy that goes to a teen support group, and finds that the other kids are all... "unique." One is a vampire, another is a werewolf, one that thinks she's Batman, a witch, etc... it was super fun to perform, since my character was all jittery and freaked out :)
