This certainly be not a face he'd seen before here about, and he prided himself upon the knowledge of all those who stepped foot near his ship. Laying down the wrench in his hand, he wiped oiled fingers upon a cloth.

Ex-thief and the SOLDIER

The sky was polluted. Eugene had never seen such a grey misty horizon before. In all of his travels, this was by-far the most bizzare scenery to him. Well, he had to find a way back to the Kingdom somehow. Whoever he comes across first, he'll have to ask for help. Eugene was never one to ask for help, reluctant to ever appear vulnerable. But he was getting desperate. Besides, he had learned sometimes it's impossible not to be helpless, it's not that bad, right? Nope, for him it certainly is. Oh well. He decided his best bet was to head over to the dull metallic-looking city. But then, what would he do? "Well then, time to find out what else is in store for the greatest Prince around, not a minute to lose!" He always was one to bounce back, and throw optimism, or at least, self-confidence, in pessimist's face.  Approaching the city, he saw a road sign, saying 'Midgar'. "Hello there, odd-looking city of Midgar!"
