I mean, in a sense of aligning with their classpect and consequently character arcs. Nothing special, Vriska and her mind control powers and mind reading is the most blatant one with stealing agency and making "everything" about herself, stealing awareness with Jade by putting to sleep. It might sound like only application but those powers FIT. Tavros' animal control is less apparent but their main point is his ability to give animals direction to act so that they serve him and et cetera.

I feel agency fits more Life than Light, but yes- It should be also pointed out that this is not as much the powers themselves but how they use them. Tavros could use his animal communion for a lot of things, but making them Serve him and help him out is a very Page-like move, for example. So that also influences it.
