Avocado Dressing
2 avocados, skinned & seeded
¼ cup cilantro
½ cup parsley
3 green onions
1 clove garlic
1 ½ cups water
2 tablespoons coconut aminos
1 tablespoon miso
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
Juice of one lemon
Freshly ground pepper
Blend all ingredients together. Add more water to reach a thinner consistency. Chill and store in a glass container, in the refrigerator, for about a week. Makes about 4 cups of dressing.
