I have a character with severe asthma (induced by exercise, allergens, weather, and is also emotionally triggered). I have done a ton of research on asthma so that I can write him well. The only problem I'm having is finding natural herbal ways to help his asthma. My story takes place in an anarchy ridden country where they don't have things that we would normally use to help with asthma. Do you happen to have any resources for natural/herbal ways to help with his asthma? Thank you! :)
