We all have seen the informercial. These products are claimed to give us tight abs, lose the extra pounds, build muscles, etc. But how accurate are these claims? My personal favorite among these is The Shake. Only because I think it looks funny holding it & shake vigorously. I have tried it once from borrowing it from a friend. It didn't do anything to me and I got bored from just shaking.
