Pretty sure it might overrated to people, but you can't deny it fits a narrative really well.
Empire Now by Hozier

It's good. I mean I hold it to a high standard. I don't think it fits in with a narrative mind story through, but it could be during the fall of an empire story where a time traveler or immortal entity watches it happen.

the story of someone who is struggling hard from pressure around them. They can't escape as their pride won't let them as they want all things that have to be earned not bought.
Devil on My Shoulder by Faith Marie

A story of someone moving farther and farther away from people but growing better as a person and feeling better mentally. A story of acceptance. A story of letting it happen and being better.
Happy Pills by Weathers (TW: drugs)

the honesty of a few of the lines. "We take strange things to feel normal" that line is so emotional and hitting since we humans as social creatures want to feel included and liked by people. Just the fact people are willing to do things that aren't normal (other words in their nature or comfort zone) just to accepted can be pushing the boundary of if this normal is really a good normal. (sorry about the rant) Any way a narrative it could fit into (it's so clique) a character that is normally seen see as sad or depressed takes the pills to feel the normal everyone else feels.

someone who is battling their demons alone because no one would believe them. No one would try and understand them. They conquered over their problems and now deal with PTSD. No one tries to understand and is now hiding it. (damn that hit deep). They can't take this life or the treatment anymore. They feel like they are in a losing battle despite all their efforts to get away from the past, from the fire.

main character being in love with someone. that someone being toxic but so addictive to the MC to the point it also as if the lover/crush is like Aphrodite. Just like the beauty and amazing love of the goddess the MC's crush/lover is the same despite all the tricks and lies she tells MC.
