lilika was happy to be invited to a party. truth be told this was the first ever party she ever had the pleasure of attending. “so many people il sung. and they all are so nicely dressed!” she said though she could spot a few fashion crimes in the crowd. “though i see a few i’d arrest for breaking the fashion laws. but i will let them slide since it’s new year’s eve.” she looked towards the tables with the foods then at the ceiling and the various spots with the mistletoes. there was music and a few couples had already formed and began dancing to the waltz. lilika’s heart was weaker and weaker to everything that was happening around her. this was a situation that she didn’t expect. she didn’t think there was some kind of ball dancing. given the kiss she shared by accident with the boss, she wasn’t even sure that he would ask her to dance with him. perhaps her hopes should be put on another guest. however, she would have preferred it to be someone she knew. “do you want to eat? or dance?”
