Ok so recently there are a lot of rumors about kim garam being a bully so why not check her astrology natal chart
I will mostly be using and observing the asteroid toro (1685) since it represents being a bully. And the fact that asteroid toro actually conjuncts her mercury in a 1 orb. So i think she is more verbally bullying people than physically bullying people. (Just an assumption)

Ixion is about being a rebel (just because someone is a rebel doesnt mean that they are a bully, lana del rey have ixion conjunct her ascendant and she is not a bully) it is just about being a rebel
toro is about being a bully and hurting people
And mercury is about how we communicate and how our logical mind works
