the Mamool Ja have been in one other entry of Final Fantasy - Final Fantasy 11 Online - and appear to have simply lifted their naming scheme from there.

Every Mamool Ja regardless of gender/sex or tribe has the suffix of 'Ja' - or 'Ja Ja' in the rare case of two-headed blessed siblings. I think it would be cool if they had tribal suffixes instead. The Mamool Ja tribes are Hoobigo, Doppro, and Bonewa so I'd prefer specific suffixes like Go, Ro and Ewa.

Shire - man. there should be a fun gobbie name for this (the german translation has failed me) (Doorstone?)

Kugane - the Tenkoto (i'm. sure this is just aetheryte itself though) Crystarium: the Rotunda

Sharlayan - (headcanon) - the Spiral

so it annoys me that Tuli aetheryte plaza doesn't have a unique name but Tuli is ALSO the only one with CHAIRS nearby so i'll call it the 'Meet' or the 'Waystop'

man, lvl 50 whm ain't anything. fghjkl. no shields, no burst healing.... my good friends, asylum and assize??? nowhere to be found. hovering just out of reach (i think assize is level 52). Gridania is afraid of this causing another Calamity??? ヾ(≧▽≦*)o bestie, please. ain't no way. ≡(▔﹏▔)≡

so I was thinking about magical healing; in most media the more often people are healed the more resistant they become

but at higher levels, there's more tools and burst healing so I think Etheirysans - being highly powered by aether b/c it's not really that foreign to their natural constitutions actually become more accepting of aether. (i guess this is why "might turn into a Higher Thing is a possibility" - the Orbonne Monastary bosses have Ascended and are GUARDING the prison of Ultima and serving as a test for instance, the tragic (and lame) fates of the Gunnhildr's Blades (i wanted more peers).

I suppose once Etheirysans become stripped off their mortal lives - die - they can achieve things like 'turns into giant armored mask valkyrie woman' (see Agrias in Orbonne) without being corrupted or something.

(hm. is this secretly a Spirit Cultivation genre)

I keep thinking of new jobs to add to my fic b/c somehow i have like... four of five lancers/dragoons in my main cast:

Litzgeim - Sea Dragoon Tokhtamysh of the Dalamiq - Bahamut flavored Dragoon Vhessunav - a Woodwarder Lancer Zelmira - a Skylancer in valkyrie armor. Silva? maybe that's justice for the spear, the workhorse weapon often scorned for the sword - which is a dueling /close-quarters /self-defense weapon, not war.

But i also keep forgetting the new jobs i have included so here's a list

New Jobs:

Corsair - wields Cutlass and Musket. RDM is a spellcaster with a melee combo but COR is a melee dps with a ranged combo.

Aromatherapist - A Thavnairian healer who use scent pots, using their small amounts of aether to disperse their powders. no, i will not call it Chemist.

Trickster - the cultural job of the Seruk, wielding rackets that can both serve as a clubs and reflect/catch magic

Puppeteer, Beastcharmer

Alternate Names

Sentinel - alternate name for the 'before Paladin' job.

Ravager - alternate name for 'Warrior'

Pre or Post versions of Current Jobs

Fencer - the pre-job to RDM

Diviner - pre-job to Astrologian

Saboteur - the true upgrade to Rogue

Hunter - the more straight forward class advanced of Archer

Time Mage - the DPS variant of AST

Mystic Knight - imbeds sword and shield with elemental power, alt version of SEN/PLD

Rune Knight - uses a claymore but uses Runes instead of darkness, alt version of Dark Knight

Hm... I guess Vhessunav could be a Beastcharmer instead of a Lancer... something something Jurassic Park

What are some changes you have made to NPCs in your wol(oc)'s story?

does simply firing the Scions as the main cast count as changes. Alisaie might be around as a red mage in idk the Crimson Students. :P

i wanted heroes with more personal reasons for helping Eorzea rather than generic 'it's the right thing to do' reasons and a bunch of Sharlayans didn't do it for me, so i made a bunch of adventurers and here's their varied reasons for being here such as:

my dumbass friends are too heroic and need watching - Suzune

if i don't do it, a dumbass will / it's good hospitality to Eorzea to do it - Suzune

the empire is burning down my house and I need to stop them - Haroun, Miroth, Drazorya

the empire is burning down my neighbors house and I need to help my neighbors - Ardbert

(I know they said 'bastard'; maybe his pedigree is unappealing to them. i am bored of that. i also know he's a very popular candidate for WoLship but that's why i gave him an Ishgardian wife instead. I'm bored of that also: he's cute but he has so much societal and political baggage. lol, no.)

So his mother is still around and a noble and smart and the EE telling me that's not what happened will not change my mind.

Ahewann is fine btw; he was very injured and had to be hustled away but WoL wasn't zoned out, they saved him!

i was at the Ice Skate world championships in late March and so i was thinking about Eorzea's games. I wanted a snappy name - like the Olympics. So: Entheosiad Games. Entheosia is the ancient form of "enthusiasm" and apparently it means: inspired by gods. which i love
