Koana in the Dawnblazer Coat

wanted to put Koana in more local gear, now that's he's A) a ruler of Tural and B) isn't trampling his own countries' traditions in the name of progress. Since it's from Shaaloani, i think the Dawnblazer set fits in the 'hey, boss! we made this for you, as an Ascension present!' way.

He thought the skull pauldrons and hat was... a bit too much though. I kept the pioneer gloves and boots. I also gave him a ravel gun b/c the devs seem to be recycling Ronka stuff for Tural.
