Cheap Aromatherapy!

I don’t have a diffuser (nor do I have the money for one) but I do have essential oils I’ve gotten over the years as gifts or just straight up buying them.

So what I’ve been doing is putting 2-4 drops of an oil in one of those dollar store spritz bottle and spritzing whenever I need some scent! The smell will stay in fabrics for a while, so I like spraying my bed with scents like lavender or peppermint. 

Be warned, though, the scent will stay in the spritz bottle even if you run out of water, so I recommend using only one scent per bottle.

i planned my first full moon ritual today but i didnt have the spoons to go through with it all the way. i ended up lighting a candle and holding tourmaline and meditating for a while. its something but rip i was hoping to really try to let my own creativity shine with that

I think I need to make art and not share it for a while. im really trying to dip deep into self expression. as much as I can be an artist that creates nice looking things and sell to market trends (and theres nothing wrong with that), thats not what I want. art was always about my soul to me. portraying things I cant find the words for. and to do that I need to learn to follow my heart and my intuition. sharing that to people beyond my loved ones I think is hindering me in that regard. because some part of me will always be performing. in the back of my mind ill have an audience. so what is my art when no one is watching? when the only person it can be for is me? thats what I want to find out
