hello everyone, the wording is a bit awkward but this is basically another void state pick a card reading. i will try to keep this as straightforward and simple as possible as there is no need to complicate these difficult to grasp things any further. so, let's get into this~
ᝰ. 𝙿𝙸𝙻𝙴 𝙾𝙽𝙴 𐙚 🏯🐦🪷
Dear pile one, the first thing i'm getting is that (perhaps) for some of you here, there might be something better out there on your spiritual journey or a better way for you than to use the void state / state of pure consciousness. Or it's just very important that you seriously reflect on whether this is what you really want before attempting to enter it. You might need to approach this with more seriousness in general or with respect for the spiritual significance of this feat (entering a state of pure consciousness) and not just to ex. manifest you desired wardrobe, if you know what I mean... There seems to be some superficialness/carelessness/ignorance to how you approach the void state/pure consciousness currently which might be a bit misleading... ?
Time & the physical world: You might be the type who gives 'time' too much importance... It only ends up stressing you out. Regardless of how your age changes, how many days pass by, you will always be beautiful, wise and worth of every experience you desire. There is no expiry date, okay? Please free yourself of the shackles of time. In addition to that, you might also focus a bit too much on the physical world. You put too much significance on symptoms or on how your body reacts or what you feel. Try to focus more on imaginative things, visualisation or on your thoughts or your ambitions. Believe in the completion of your wishes and desires. Trust that it's done. Don't question or overthink the 'how' it'll happen, you will never get to know 'how' until it happens anyway.
Another thing is that you should value your differences and uniqueness more, your edges make you special. There is no need to round them off to fit into society's 'perfect' (ex. making a list of 'flaws' to get rid off). Instead, make this journey more personal to you and don't just follow the 'main stream' - you won't find YOUR pure consciousness there. Do not let your fear of judgement guide you. It's ok to swim against the main stream, and go your own path. there is no need to worry, you will always be safe.
Moreover, what's really important is that your heart must be involved. You must really want this. No half-assing. You must feel your eagerness/determination, passion and confidence - that is what will give you the kick. Be bold and charge forward. The intentions you put forward matter. Stand your ground, don't give up and demand success - that must be your attitude. Instead of focusing on 'letting go' (which you might overthink) it might be more effective for you, to focus on 'grasping' or holding onto your demands to reach it successfully. I can sense that you can be pretty stubborn, make use of it! Your willpower can move mountains and will push all the obstacles away :)
For some of you, it might be helpful, to actively invite the universe or anything you believe in to step in and help/guide you to the state. Don't be shy to request help but don't forget to show your gratitude as well !! You being grateful and centered in your truth is essential. After showing your gratitude, get back to your normal life knowing that you've done your part and that the rest (the materialisation into the 3d) will be taken care of. ♡

Dear pile two, we're starting off with your perspective. It's not about making you the center of the universe but to keep your existence in balance with the universe. Each of us might have our own little world to take care of but we're all just stardust in one of the universe's many skies. It doesn't reduce our significance !! But I see that the other way of thinking might feel overwhelming too you, -especially the vastness and boundlessness of the universe - when you try to see yourself as the center of it all is intimidating for some of you (which is fully understandable). Try to focus on or imagine you having your own little world, it might be more easier on you than to visualise a limitless space.
I also see that you should be proud of yourself for how far you've come, instead of being ashamed for how much time has already passed !! You need to find balance and peace of mind to reach the center of your core. Strengthen your mind/mental resilience with positive thoughts and affirmation and reduce self criticism and negative talk - it influences your self image and how you approach things too much...
Think about what makes you shine, what makes you immensely happy? In these moments of genuine happiness you're closer to your inner center that you might realize. So, indulge in your favourite activities, surround yourself with your favourite things, make yourself feel pretty, do self-care if you enjoy that - it will bring balance and peace to your mind. Perhaps meditating on all the things that bring you joy or that you look forward to before ex. sleeping with the intention to wake up there might be very helpful! Trying to fall asleep while being at peace and in a happy state will be effective for you. I see a lot of light and pink in the cards that might be a sign for some of you. I also see that daydreaming about your desires and fantasies, or reading about them to imagine them, and perhaps doing yoga/stretching, or trying out meditation poses instead of lying down has the potential to be more effective for you. I would also advice you to do those meditations where you focus on different parts of your body to relax them step by step, or where your imagine yourself guiding a light through your body towards the center or chakra points - those type of meditations are surely meant for you, pile two !! Either way, I got the two angel confirmation cards 'don't stop' and 'in the near future' for you, so take this as a sign :)

Dear pile three, while you want to connect with your pure consciousness, your human body is the container for it in this world - its home - so take the time to take care of it. It is very essential. Treat your body like the palace it is. You might feel self-conscious at the moment but the answer is not to change anything about yourself but to treat it with more care. Please avoid any extreme or unhealthy behaviour that harms your body. Try to develop a mindset that accepts yourself as you are, and not what you feel pressured to be. Your body mirrors your state of mind - and the other way around! So, please take better care of your physical and mental needs. Perhaps some type of cleansing (ex. incense) might have a supportive effect as well - cleanse your environment, body, mind, and soul.
Regarding cleansing your environment, you might also keep toxic people close by or indulge in unhealthy activities or entertain addictions. Please free yourself of that and don't waste your time with those things any further. Instead, create more time and space for the people and things that are of importance and value in your life. You deserve so much more, don't let yourself be mistreated - even by yourself! Start right away, even small steps towards progress are better than refusing and standing still...
Sometimes, leaving some things behind, facing change, the unknown or the bitter truths from the past can feel like a personal tragedy. It's not a reason to give up and lose all hope - rather, it's just time to rewrite the story and to keep going. And it can feel incredibly freeing and empowering to have reclaimed yourself afterward such moments !! Realize that you're ready for anything that will come your way. Try not to fall into habits of excessive worrying or overthinking. Tell yourself you're ready, give yourself the assurance.
In addition, try to meditate more - there are many different ways of how you can meditate. Important is that you find the time and space to listen to yourself every now and then. To focus on your dreams and to not let them slip away because of your pessimism. Your intuition is very powerful, it will help and guide you while making choices for yourself- especially in those moments where logical thinking is not sufficient enough. Sometime success takes 'time', in this case, time to invest into yourself. Perhaps writing down your thoughts, affirmation, things you're grateful for, or your dreams might be helpful to some of you too, pile three.
Also, I think those meditations that focus you visualising exploring different places or guiding you visually along a journey would help you + those with lots of nature sounds or that focus on you visualising yourself in a peaceful place out in nature (ex. imagine listening to the birds, the wind, feeling the grass beneath your feet or the sun shining on you). Those types would help you feel at peace and help you relax and detach from your stormy life and sink into a centered state of mind. I'm also getting that for a small part of you, entering the state while lucid dreaming might be a possibility!
You have no idea how lucky you are to know what shifting is.
A few minutes ago I was confused and just meditated to ask myself what my soul purpose is bc I just didn’t know where the fuck I was going with my life😭.
In the past few weeks or even months I‘ve felt so disconnected to shifting overall because of school, personal life etc yk. I became to attached to things in this reality. And that‘s fine but what‘s not is that I forgot about my main goal. Because my goal is actually to shift.
It‘s not like I‘ve entirely forgotten about shifting but I just wasn’t focussing on that goal anymore. Yes it is important to me to have a stable CR life but I didn’t intend for it to be my main focus.
So a few minutes ago I meditated just like I do everyday to clear my mind and practice awareness. But this time I asked myself what my soul purpose is. My intuition told me immediately that it‘s shifting. I haven’t even thought about shifting in a while but still that‘s the thing that came to mind! I wasn’t sure if that‘s weird because I expected for my soul purpose to be something connected to this reality.
But then that‘s the thing isn’t it? Why did I and so many other people find out about shifting if it was irrelevant? Some of us are meant to shift. It‘s some people‘s soul purpose (if you wanna call it that).
SHIFTING. WOULD. NOT. HAVE. FOUND. YOU. IF. IT. DID. NOT. HAVE. ANY. MEANING. TO. YOUR. LIFE(S).
Guys we are literally so lucky to be shifters. Many people out there don’t even know what that is. Some people don’t even ever come across „reality shifting“.
And yes it‘s fine to take breaks but please don’t ever give up on shifting. Finding out about reality shifting was the hard part. Do you understand? The hard part is over. The only thing you have to do now is go shift to your home reality🫶🏻.
And I better start focusing more on shifting too 😭
Sometimes things might seem chaotic, including life, or manifesting or even shifting, and sometimes all you got to do is breathe.
No like I actually I actually mean it, take a moment and actually breathe, stop worrying. Grounding is very important but not just for certain things but in everything you do.
neuroscience describes a set of neural networks involved in baseline human consciousness and mind-wandering known as the default mode network (DMN). the DMN is most active when your mind is not focused on a specific external task, e.g., thinking about yourself, past or future events, or internal narratives.
meditation practices alter the activity and connectivity of the DMN and related attention networks. experienced meditators show different patterns of functional brain connectivity compared to non-meditators, even at rest, reflecting changes in internalized attention and the brain's baseline state.
this method is cumulative, each stage primes your nervous system for the next. you will literally train your brain toward the desired state.
parasympathetic activation
lie or sit comfortably. start with coherent breathing: inhale slowly for 4 seconds, exhale slowly for 6–7 seconds. continue for 2–4 minutes.
slow, controlled breathing directly activates the parasympathetic nervous system, lowering heart rate and stress hormones, a biological prerequisite for deeper states of awareness. this prepares your body to stand down so your mind can follow.
repeat 8–12 rounds. your body will feel heavier. your breath more rhythmic. that's the nervous system rebalancing.
total sensory unhooking
after breathing, shift to external sensory attenuation:
ᯓ eyes closed
ᯓ loosen your jaw
ᯓ relax shoulders and belly
your nervous system decodes sensory input as relevant or irrelevant, reducing external input tells the brain you are not in danger. you should feel a gentle withdrawal of attention from the environment.
focus calibration
now you are ready for internal attention training.
choose a single internal focus:
ᯓ your breath
ᯓ a neutral word/sound
ᯓ a simple internal sensation (like your heartbeat)
while maintaining breath awareness, notice when your mind wanders and gently redirect it back. this trains the same systems that neuroscience shows are altered in experienced meditators: greater connectivity between attention networks and the "task-positive" control systems.
note: don't worry if your brain jumps around, that's expected. each redirection strengthens the relevant circuits.
cognitive diminishing
as focus stabilizes, you will encounter the very thing most people fear: mental silence.
at this stage, do not chase thoughts. let them dissipate instead of reacting to them. this mirrors ancient descriptions of states like no-mind in buddhist traditions, where clinging to thoughts ceases.
you may experience:
ᯓ a sense of detachment from the ego
ᯓ dissolution of internal dialogue
this is the neural event that feels like void. it's not nothingness, but a shift in how your brain processes self and attention. you will know you've reached this when your mind feels purely observational.
securing & deepening
do not force it. when you reach this stage:
ᯓ soften your awareness
ᯓ breathe gently
ᯓ let your body sensations fade into peripheral awareness
ᯓ keep attention on the experience itself rather than content
at this point, the DMN’s grip loosens, and alternate network dynamics become dominant — similar to what research describes as altered consciousness or deep meditative states.
if anxiety or intrusive thoughts try to return, just acknowledge them as passing neural events, not threats. this reduces emotional reaction and lets the void-like state deepen again.
intentional manifestation interface
your brain becomes more receptive to internal intention once habitual narrative processing is minimized. your internal cognitive space becomes cleared for deliberate, directed intention.
in this stabilized state:
ᯓ bring to mind a clear, specific intention
ᯓ feel it as though it is happening now, engage emotion
ᯓ hold this felt experience for 30–60 seconds
this trains your brain to encode salient positive patterns that your subconscious can act on, boosting your capacity to notice and act on opportunities.
practical tips & common barriers
ᯓ the depth of this state varies. beginners may plateau early and that's perfectly normal. the brain adapts with repetition.
ᯓ if you have thoughts, observe them without judgment, then return to your focus.
ᯓ this state can feel strange or even unsettling at first. fix yourself by returning to your breath.
