Hi! I have asthma and I always catch myself holding my breath! It’s like I forget to breathe 🥲🤦‍♀️

i’m so glad i’m not the only one who experiences this… i mean, i’m not glad that you experience this because it’s a struggle

the worst is when i hold my breath for so long that it triggers like a panic-induced asthma attack, and then i gotta take my rescue inhaler on top of my daily inhaler. it’s like my own hellish version of puff, puff, pass.
