Hi! I’m an expectant astral mother and I’m EXTREMELY nervous. Do you have any advice or any links to astral parenting posts?
Hello dearest!
Firstly, congratulations!
You didn't give me much to go off on, as I don't know what SPECIFIC thing you would like advice on. Instead, I'll just give you some general advice that may help!
1. If you wouldn't do it with a physical baby, don't do it with your astral baby either.
Some people think that just because they are not physically pregnant that it means they are still scotch free tp do whatever they please like drink or smoke. The baby is still inside of you and is very much so still affected by what you do.
2. Be careful who you let around you during your pregnancy.
Not everyone should be aloud to be around you during this sensitive time. I had people around me during my second and third pregnancy that really made my time hard and even really messed with my childre. During my fourth pregnancy when I wasn't around them or talking to them, it went smoothly. Be cautious!
3. Don't be too nervous about showing!
This is an astral pregancy, so ypu won't show anywhere other than the astral. Don't take it as you will be unaware about the timing of your pregnancy, you will no doubt be able to feel them when they move or kick
4. Pregnancy differs for all
It really depends on your circumstances about how this came about and who you are and who the father/mother is. I've had four pregnancies, and each differed in time because of different circumstances. What I'm trying to say is that if you know that something you're doing will benefit you and the baby, stick with it. No one knows your body and your baby better than you do. And don't worry about your symptoms, you probably won't have morning sickness.
You may, however, experience things such as a hardened stomach, back pain, moodiness, swelling in your ankles, tender breast, and those odd food cravings. Luckily, these things are easy to explain on the physical so none will be the wiser!
5. Don't stress or worry, you'll be fine!
Having a baby is nerve-wrecking no matter what, especially if it's your first. Just relax and take a breath. You have your spirit companions and your significant other there to help you with anything you may need. You're going to be okay, and so is your baby
I hope I was able to help, and never feel afraid to reach out to me if you need any more advice!
