It was quite the tiring day for the hellish prince, not only busy in his own domain, but also out here in the human realm. He thought he could handle teaching at two places, yet... commuting back and forth was... honestly the worst.

How do so many people handle it on the daily? He teaches only twice a week and is already beat. Enough that after he got up from drinking a coffee at a cafe, he ended up forgetting his bag. Just to realize it down the road. And he had his students papers in there! Losing those would be a mess!

He quickly turned around, ready to sprint back - though he knows he'll miss his train with this now. Too focused on those thoughts, he didn't even have the chance to run because he already collided with someone.

"Wh--" He saw that bright light. He froze on the spot, as if he were a wild animal caught in the act of indulging himself in the fridge with no one around. All he wanted was a late night snack instead of a full meal, and there was Futaba, cackling to herself.

Rubbing his eyes through fake lenses, he shut the door after getting a protein bar, and squinted at her. "What are you hiding back there? Tell me." She wasn't in trouble. He was only curious and suspicious of that behavior.

"L-Leon! there you are!" Rena said, scurrying over to her friend. She handed him a letter with a big grin, bouncing nervously on her toes. It said "Hi! It's almost Valentine's day, and while I know it's not celebrated in Japan, I wanted to give you one anyways because you mean a lot to me! Rena!"... And it also had a big red lollypop attached.

He was just getting out from the classroom, and was about to go towards the closest vending machines for a drink, only for Rena approaching him quite nervously, more than usual apparently.

When being represented with a Valentine-themed letter from her, the brunet was honestly surprised, he didn't expect to get one. Reading what was on the letter, it quickly put a sincere smile on his face.

"Thank you, Rena." Leon also blushed a little. "How about me buying your lunch today?" He felt he needed to return the gesture.
