While practicing witchcraft, you’ve probably heard of at least one or two of the realms. Honestly, you’ve probably heard of them all!
All the realms have so much to offer and I’m going to be giving a basic overview of all three realms, the Earthern, Spiritual, and the Astral!
This is the realm in which our physical bodies lay. This realm is where humans, along with many other creatures and animals live. The Earthern has the greatest tie to Mother Earth and is where we get most of our energy from. This realm possesses a great amount of power, which can be observed in natural disasters.
This is the realm where humans can connect to the diseased, whether those be human or non-human spirits. This realm possesses a great deal of power and energy. The Spiritual realm is said to have a tender and comforting energy. This realm is said to exist within and around humans, and is open to anyone who wishes to form a connection to it. Those who practice religion often find themselves/tap into this realm. Whether this be during prayer, meditation, ceremonies, ect.
The Astral is sometimes called the “Realm of the Heavens.” Here is where all immortal entities exist(deities, angels, ect.). Out of all the realms, this one is said to have the most power, mystery, and possibilities. The energies of this realm can be intense to some, and nothing to another. Some say the feeling is warm and comforting. You can feel tingling at any part of your body, but most say it’s the base of the neck, spine, or throat.
You can get to this realm via astral projection. Here, you can do anything you can in the Earthern and more. Spirits can also travel to the Astral!
Astral beings can walk in all three realms at the same time if they wish to. They are powerful in all realms!
Actually, there is a type of witch that does most of their work in the Astral realm. Holding the titles hedge or astral witch, these witches do spells, ceremonies, and more in the Astral.
This was a pretty basic overview, but I hope it provides some information on the realms! Each one has so much to offer.
