Fire/earth cusps

All of Fire/Earth cusps are easily annoyed / angered. They will go to 0 to 100 real quick . If you tell them to do something they’ll more likely to ignore you then actually doing it . They hate the feeling of being controlled . These cusp aren’t controlling either they can come off as bossy but depending on their chart . These cusps can be very stubborn on what they want . But besides their anger and stubborness Fire/Earth cusps has a wonderful energy to be around ( not saying that because I am a fire /earth cusp just being honest ) they will bring the artist / traveler in you that you might have thought you never had . ( This post is based information I have gotten from website and videos and personal experience . So please don’t be offended . This is my first astrology post so sorry if this post sucks )

Cusp Signs

Born in the cosmic transit lounge to celebrate a 30th birthday (30 degrees) and new life (a new sign at 0 degrees). These people farewell the sun’s departure from one mansion and await its arrival at the next destination

there isn’t a unique class of glyphs, archetypes, and myths we use to illustrate ‘cusp signs’. there is no zodiac sign, condition, or symbol conveying the converging of two signs. you can have a birthday during the ‘cusp’, period but you cannot be a ‘cusp sign’. people with birthdays from around the 16th-26th day of the month are born during the cusp phase. at some point during this juncture the sun will complete the cycle at 30 degrees and move into the next sign

the cusp and sun pass over dates are not fixed by sign, month, or year. the sun can cross into the next sign at any stage in the cusp phase, there is no pattern or exact date that the sun always passes on. for example, last year the sun went into the sign of aquarius on january 23 in 2016, and last year the sun entered aquarius on january 19. if you are born during the cusp phase it is really important to check the ephemeris and find the position of the sun for the specific year that you were born.

the sun is the centre and the inner planets like mercury, venus, and mars are always within close proximity to the sun. yes you are special because you are a blend of more than one sign. just as special as all of us. the sun cannot divide its light and position. the core of astrology is purely mathematical, so if it doesn’t make mathematical sense it does not make astrological sense. i will use my daughter as an example here. her birthday is june 23 and she was born at 0 degrees 17 minutes cancer. she was born with the crab illuminating. she likely waited that extra 17 minutes for the sun to leave gemini (yes they certainly know exactly what they are doing) the energy of gemini was literally still the illuminant less than 20 minutes ago. the sun was at the very beginning of cancer, and she was born with mercury and mars in the proceeding sign of gemini. you can see how it would be possible for someone with a similar birth to assume she is a ‘gemini-cancer cusp sign’ by virtue of a june 23 birthday and identifying with both the gemini and cancer qualities that reinforce the ‘blended’ cusp notion. you can see it would make sense for her to feel this mixture and relate with both signs. her solar light and essence is cancerian, and she thinks, moves, and jumps like a gemini. it’s not because the sun has split between two signs, it’s because the sun always has close company in the planets sprinkled around its auric field. most people have an intense double sign emphasis because we are way to complex to adopt a personality based on a theoretical calendar line. you have one sun sign, just as you have one heart, one self, and one soul. the sun is the king, the performer, the leader, and the ego. its much too regal and entitled to share it’s light across more than one sign
