So, I don't have experience with a fixed cross. What I did was learn about each piece individually. When you put each of them together, you will start to see the patterns.
With mine being cardinal, it was a constant pull in ALL directions. Yours being fixed perhaps you have set ways of doing things that all conflict? The genre will probably be different than mine altogether.
Saturn and Neptune are far away planets so I feel like those would look like an influence on the cross itself. Your Moon and Mars, however, are two of your very important planets.
So to start, I would look into:
Moon in Scorpio
Mars in Taurus
Moon opposite Mars
The other two planets (Neptune and Saturn) will play a part but I feel like crosses are overwhelming to sort out. So I recommend starting with these things first and it should give you a good start.
